I have a plain shelter now; can you add custom graphics to it for me?
Unfortunately, we cannot print on a shelter you’ve already purchased, the reason is we print on blank canvas then we cut and build the tent.
What is the life expectancy of a canopy?
The durability of a canopy can vary depending on several factors, including the quality of the materials used, the frequency of use, and the conditions in which it is used and stored. In general, a well-maintained and high-quality canopy like the ones we produce can last anywhere from 3 to 10 years or
more.
How should I store my tent?
Do not store your canopy when it is wet. Your custom canopy should be partially collapsed and allowed to dry before final storage to preserve the print. Collapsed products should be stored in their storage bags in a well-ventilated and covered location. With proper care, your tent will last many years. Stored incorrectly, they could become easily damaged.
Do you offer free mock-ups & renderings for the tents?
Absolutely! All you need to do is send us your vector files with your company’s logo, information, and high-resolution images. You can choose any Pantone color, style, size, and design. You will receive your mockup within 1 day (24 hrs.) and we provide it for FREE. Check it thoroughly and send us the changes you require; we will keep making edits until it seems perfect to you.
What other products do you make?
We also offer table covers, and back and side walls for the tent and flags.
Are your tops waterproof?
Our tops are water resistant but are not waterproof. We do not recommend using your shelter in any type of rain or severe windy conditions. The shelters are designed for sunshade.
What file format do you need my artwork in to print?
Artwork needs to be in Vector format so it can be scaled to size and printed on a large area without reducing clarity or becoming pixelated. These file types typically have the extension .ai or .eps.

How do you keep a canopy from blowing away in the wind?
Here are some tips on how to keep a canopy from blowing away in the wind:
Secure the Canopy to Weights: Use weights to anchor the canopy down. Fill sandbags or plastic containers with sand, gravel, or water and attach them to each canopy leg. Use Stakes to anchor the canopy to the ground. The stakes should be at a 45-degree angle and driven into the ground as far as possible.
If the winds are too strong, take down the canopy. It's better to take the canopy down and store it than to risk damage or injury. It’s important to always properly secure your canopy to prevent it from blowing away in the wind.
